Important News for Workers’ Comp Clients
We have just learned that Dr. John Gaffney, a workers’ compensation evaluating physician who is used by our firm and many other workers’ compensation firms throughout southern New Jersey, pleaded guilty today to “conspiracy to commit health-benefits fraud.”
In light of this development, we are canceling all pending workers’ compensation evaluations with Dr. Gaffney. We will be rescheduling any pending evaluations in the immediate future with another qualified evaluator. Please bear with us during this extraordinary situation.
For any client who has already been evaluated by Dr. Gaffney, you will be advised if a reevaluation is necessary. We regret these unfortunate circumstances and any inconvenience this may cause.
