The law firm of Petro Cohen, P.C. recently celebrated 20 years of serving workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security disability clients throughout southern New Jersey. In addition, the firm’s attorneys, Frank A. Petro, Barry D. Cohen, Susan Petro, Suzanne Holz Meola, Terri A. Hiles, and Richard W. Gaeckle, recently welcomed a new attorney, Daniel Rosenthal.

Frank A. Petro, a founding partner and head of the Workers’ Compensation Department at Petro Cohen Law Firm, was named on the 2018 Best Lawyers in America list and has been named to the prestigious list for his work in the practice area of workers’ compensation every year since the 1995-1996 Edition.
Mr. Petro is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney, the highest specialty certification available to NJ workers’ compensation lawyers, and has held this distinction since the State first issued the certification in 1998. Barry D. Cohen, who is also a founding partner and part of the Personal Injury Department, is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, and has held the distinction since 2001.

Mr. Rosenthal graduated with honors from Rutgers College (New Brunswick, NJ) in 2007, where he received a Bachelor of Arts, double-majoring in Journalism and Media Studies, and Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor in 2010 from Rutgers University School of Law (Camden, NJ).
Mr. Rosenthal was selected as Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellow with the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University from 2008-09. While in law school, Mr. Rosenthal participated in the Hunter Moot Court competition, and was a judicial intern for the Hon. Mary Eva Colalillo, P.J. Chancery, in the New Jersey Superior Court in Camden, NJ.
