Galloway Township Public Schools hosted its People of the Year dinner, honoring retirees, outstanding teachers, and dedicated members of the school community.
Kindergarten teacher Allie Stern, Smithville School Teacher of the Year and District Teacher of the Year, received a surprise from one of her first students, Connor Gaeckle. Connor, son of Petro Cohen managing attorney Rich Gaeckle, shared heartfelt memories and spoke about the impact Ms. Stern had on his life.
Congratulations to Ms. Stern, and great job, Connor, for honoring your teacher!
