Frank Petro recently addressed The Randy J. Holland Delaware Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court. The topic was an overview comparison between New Jersey’s and Delaware’s workers’ compensation systems from the perspective of a New Jersey practitioner. The presentation focused on New Jersey’s workers’ compensation judicial process and the medical and compensation benefits available to New Jersey workers.
