We are happy to announce that the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Court is beginning to process settlements virtually. Per the Department of Labor and Workforce Development:
As of April 6, 2020, all Supervising Judges shall be at their vicinages for the purpose of hearing as many workers’ compensation matters as possible by telephonic conferencing.
Filings continue to be accepted electronically through COURTS On-line.
